Here are a few more tips to keep in mind:

• Avoid pulling the banner above the height of the pole, as it could damage the retracting mechanism.
• Exercise caution with the edges to prevent them from getting caught in the cassette, which may lead to fraying or scratching of your design.
• When assembling the pole pieces for the standard cassette, locate the round part inside the hole and insert the pole into it to ensure the banner stands upright.

To store your retractable banner, carefully retract the banner into the cassette and place it back into the carrying case for safekeeping.

Follow these 4 easy steps:

1. CASE: Open your carrying case and remove the cassette and pole.
2. CASSETTE: Set your cassette on the ground with the stabilizing foot/feet perpendicular to it.
3. POLE: Connect the pole pieces and insert them into the hole in the cassette.
4. BANNER: Using both hands, pull the top of the banner from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.
